Hamptonne Country Life Museum

Hamptonne Country Life Museum gives offers a unique insight into the rural life carried on in Jersey for centuries. Dating back to the 15th Century the house and farm are perfect for discovering the rural history of Jersey. Explore the different houses which make up Hamptonne, find out more about Jersey's history of cider making in the cider barn and wander through the cider apple orchard and meet the Hamptonne calves, chickens, sheep and piglets in the traditional farmstead and meadow.

Mont Orgueil Castle

This magnificent Medieval castle casts an imposing shadow over the beautiful fishing port of Gorey. Explore the network of staircases, towers and secret rooms to discover gruesome tales and hidden treasures. Open all year round.

Jersey Museum, Art Gallery & Victorian House

Discover Jersey's history, dating right back to the Ice Age, and learn about the island’s traditional farming industry, or watch archive footage of the early years of tourism through the Story of Jersey film and numerous displays, including manuscripts, artworks and artefacts. Elizabeth Castle

Built on a rocky islet in St Aubin’s Bay, Elizabeth Castle has defended Jersey for more than 400 years. Take the amphibious castle ferry across to the castle or walk out along the causeway at low tide and you'll discover Elizabeth Castle is the perfect place to spend a day exploring Jersey's history. Climb the battlements that date back to the 1590s, explore the grounds that gave refuge to King Charles II during the English Civil War and uncover the bunkers which were re-fortified during WWII.
