Where wellness is concerned, The Atlantic has everything you need. Ocean Restaurant showcases modern British cooking in a classic setting with the emphasis on seasonal produce and the finest ingredients from the island’s fields and shores. The ethos is evident across the full range of dining options, from breakfast through to impressive a la carte dishes, the daily changing market menu and specially selected vegetarian options. Each of the 50 guest rooms feature elegant, understated colours, opulent bathrooms, full height windows and a small juliette balcony. Golf view rooms overlook the championship course and feature either one king size or two twin beds, bath with overhead shower, satellite television with sport/movie channels, telephone, hairdryer, bathrobes, slippers, safe, tea & coffee making facilities, fruit bowl (replenished daily), mineral water and complimentary WiFi.

Upgraded room options include ocean view rooms, again with either king or twin beds, and views over the pool to the ocean beyond. Deluxe ground floor garden studios are complemented by a private terrace with direct access to the hotel grounds and swimming pool, while open-plan Executive suite offers garden and ocean views, and feature a bath and separate walk-in shower, private terrace with direct access to the grounds, a luxurious lounge area and separate sleeping area with king bed. For the ultimate stay, opt for the Atlantic suite, which has an ensuite master bedroom, guest cloakroom, a spacious lounge and private terrace. Families aren’t forgotten, with a variety of interconnecting rooms available.
