Along with a large complimentary car park, the generous outdoor space contains a seasonal swimming pool and sunbathing deck, tables and chairs for alfresco dining, BBQ area with picnic tables and a children’s play area where younger guests can let off steam. Other facilities at the apartments include a DVD and book library and a coin operated laundry room.

Del Mar Court has a total of 21 apartments which include one, two and three bedroom options. All are centred around the swimming pool and feature a lounge/dining area with television, bathroom (with bath and separate shower, or bath with overhead shower) a fully equipped kitchen (oven, hob, fridge and microwave), central heating and complimentary WiFi.

One bedroom apartments are found on both the ground and first floor, and are arranged with either twin beds or a super king, and bunk beds, giving a maximum occupancy of two adults and two children under 13 years. Standard changeover days for these apartments are Tuesday-Thursday and Saturday.

Two bedroom apartments are also on the ground and first floor and have one king ensuite bedroom, one twin bedroom and a family bathroom with separate bath and shower. Maximum occupancy is four adults, with changeover days on a Monday and Wednesday-Saturday.

Ground floor three bedroom apartment can accommodate up to six adults, with one twin or superking bedroom with ensuite, one twin and a double room accessed via one of the twin rooms, plus a family bathroom with separate bath and shower. Three bedroom apartment kitchens also have a fridge freezer and dishwasher, with arrivals on a Tuesday only.
