La Place Country Cottages

La Place has a total of 12 cottages, ranging from one to four bedrooms, and just four terrace mews which all offer two bedrooms. All accommodation is decorated and furnished to an exceptional standard and features a superb kitchen that includes a dishwasher and washer/dryer, satellite television in the living area and all bedrooms, complimentary WiFi, bathrobes and an alfresco dining area. The four terrace mews (Birch, Cedar, Magnolia and Maple) are two storey and feature a large open plan lounge/kitchen/dining room on the ground floor as well as a utility room, cloakroom and patio area. Upstairs, there is one double bedroom with ensuite shower and bath along with another double bedroom with ensuite shower. Twin and extra beds cannot be accommodated and do bear in mind that both bedrooms are designed with sloped ceilings. Maximum occupancy is four.

Most of the two bedroom cottages are also spread over two stories, although one cottage is all on one level (Yew Cottage). Typically, the two bedroom cottages have a first floor master bedroom with either twin or double bed and ensuite bathroom with spa bath and shower. On the ground floor, these cottages provide a large open plan lounge/kitchen/diner, one twin/double ensuite shower room, a cloakroom, patio and lawned area. Maximum occupancy is four.

Three bedroom cottages, of which there are two, are again two storey with a large open plan lounge/kitchen/diner, one twin/double ensuite shower room, cloackroom, patio and lawned area on the ground floor. Upstairs, there are two further bedrooms, one double bedroom and the other either a twin or double bedroom, with both bedrooms sharing a shower room. Maximum occupancy is six.

There are also two cottages with four bedrooms. On the ground floor is a large open plan lounge/kitchen/diner, one double bedroom with ensuite shower (one of the cottages has the option for this bedroom to have twin beds), a cloakroom and patio with large lawned area. On the first floor, there are three additional bedrooms. One large bedroom can be configured with double or twin beds and has an ensuite with bath and separate shower, a further large double bedroom also has ensuite bath and separate shower, while a single bedroom has an ensuite shower. Maximum occupancy is seven.
