Within the grounds is a picturesque lake, a Tony Jacklin designed 9-hole golf course, a golf range with 16 covered bays, as well as three hard court and floodlit tennis courts, a decked stretch zone and the fun-filled Pirate Bay Adventure Golf, which features 12 exciting interactive and challenging holes for all the family. Indoor leisure facilities are equally impressive, starting with the 18m swimming pool which has LED lights, an infinity wall and accompanying floor-to-ceiling windows, while just a few steps outside is a heated hot tub. To top it all, there is also a spa, with five treatment rooms (including a dual treatment room), relaxation room, manicure & pedicure area, sauna and steam room, making it the ideal place to indulge and escape the pressures of everyday life. Other facilities to keep you in trim include a cardio gym, exercise studio, spin studio and weight training zone.

Get each day off to a great start with a St Pierre Park traditional breakfast, which has been bestowed with the AA breakfast award. The Terrace Café Bar & Balcony is just the place for light bites, pre-dinner drinks or late night digestifs, whilst the expansive terrace is an attractive setting for an alfresco lunch overlooking the lake and grounds beyond. The spacious Victor Hugo Restaurant has equally delightful views, twinkling chandeliers and inspiring menus brimming with dishes of fresh ingredients prepared with craft, care and creativity. A further restaurant and bar can be found at the golf course, which has an extensive menu to suit all tastes and a laidback atmosphere.

With 131 bedrooms and suites, this is Guernsey’s largest hotel. Bedrooms feature a variety of contemporary touches, and many come with a private balcony or terrace. Classic rooms, which are located throughout the hotel, have been appointed to a high standard with high quality furniture and soft warm fabrics. They are configured with either double or twin beds and provide a bath with in-built shower, Freeview television, telephone, seating area, hairdryer, bathrobes, hospitality tray, iron & ironing board, complimentary WiFi and a balcony or terrace.

Classic garden view rooms benefit from a private balcony with a garden or lake view, while deluxe rooms have a larger balcony and coffee capsule machines. Junior suites give you additional living space and each bedroom also has its own private terrace with a hot tub for that extra indulgence (hot tubs cannot be used by children under 16 years).
