In this Art Deco styled restaurant, intricate and widely imaginative menus parade produce from Jersey’s fertile fields and bountiful seas, with fine wines to accompany every mouthwatering morsel.

Breakfast is served each day in the informal Club Café, the Club Bar is a haven for cocktails, champagnes and wines with relaxed bistro-style bar food available, while the Roof Terrace Garden is a place for lunch, afternoon tea or drinks in the sun. With its own open-air bar, music and table service, the terrace is a perfect part of the hotel to unwind. The hotel also has a Gin-Honesty Bar, where guests have the choice of many different gins with tasting notes and can mix their own G&Ts before enjoying them in the small library setting.

All are fully air-conditioned and have large full height windows which open to a balustrade. Studios offer super king beds and have extra large open-plan bedrooms with sitting area and luxury granite bathrooms with separate shower cubicles. Even more luxury awaits in a deluxe suite which has an entrance lobby, sitting room, archway to the separate sleeping area and superb granite bathroom with two person shower cubicle.
